Hello and welcome to my blog: The Leisure Society.

The blog's purpose is to pursue, attend, observe and review any and all types of leisure activities experienced in Melbourne, Australia and the World (assuming you are lucky enough to be leaving these wind swept shores). If you've had an experience and you want to share it by writing on my blog please feel free to include it. It can be the local festival down the road, markets, theatre, an exhibition, trade shows and don't forget the theme parks. I want to hear want you liked, what you loathed, how would you improve it, was it leisure, were you engaged, was the audience engaged and lastly, are you a better citizen as a result of attending - was it better then gardening.
